How do I access the meadow and what are the parking arrangements?

You will receive an access code via email 30 minutes prior to your slot.  On arrival enter the waiting area car park and wait for your allotted time and once the previous customer has left use your gate code to enter the secure car park.   Close the gate and access the meadow via the pedestrian gate.  Please shut the main gate when you leave (see T&C).

What are your opening hours?

The meadow is available to book Monday to Saturday 7am - 9pm. Sundays and bank holidays 8am - 8pm.  Booking hours will be restricted to daylight hours.

How do I book and pay?

Our dog meadow is available to book online - simply click 'book now' anywhere on our page - then select your preferred date and time!  All payments are taken via this booking system by credit or debit card.

What facilities are on site?

We have seating and a shelter. Dog waste bins and bags are provided.  Please bring your own water for hygiene purposes (bowls are provided).  Please note there is no lighting on site.

Is the dog park secure?

The meadow is enclosed by 1.8m fencing and is regularly inspected. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure maximum safety, please note that, due to our rural location, wildlife activity or digging by other dogs may occasionally cause damage. See T&Cs

Is the dog meadow suitable for all dogs?

All bookings are private, so you won’t encounter other dogs or people during your session.

Can I bring more than one dog?

Absolutely! You can bring up to 6 dogs per booking.

What is your dog waste policy?

Accepted Answer

It is the owner's responsibility to clean up after their dog and use the bins provided.  We encourage all visitors to bring their own bags, however we do have spare bags if needed.

Question 9

Do I need to provide my dogs vaccination records?

We ask that all dog owners take responsibility and ensure their dogs are up to date with their vaccination and worm treatment schedules. You do not need to provide a record when booking, however we reserve the right to request a copy at any point if necessary.

How do I cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your booking through your account on our website. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of your confirmed time slot will not be eligible for a refund. If you cancel your booking outside of this 24 hour window, you will receive a full refund. Our T&Cs provide full details of this policy.
